Terms and Conditions – Umeedon Ka Safar

Welcome to Umeedon Ka Safar, a contribution-based platform designed to support charitable causes and bring smiles to those in need. By accessing and using our platform (the “Website” or “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Anyone aged 18 years or older is eligible to participate in the campaigns of Umeedon Ka Safar.

• Our platform welcomes every individual who wishes to support a noble cause, help others, or earn spiritual reward (sawab) through good deeds.

• Participation is not limited to winning rewards — every contribution is an act of kindness and hope.

2. Account Registration

• Participants must register using accurate and up-to-date personal information.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.

• Misuse of an account or submission of false identity may lead to disqualification.

3. Use of the Platform

• The platform is designed to facilitate voluntary contributions towards charitable campaigns, with an optional reward system as a gesture of appreciation.

• Any misuse, including fraud, manipulation, or system interference, may result in account suspension and removal from ongoing campaigns.

4. Contribution & Participation

• Users can contribute a fixed amount (e.g., Rs. 50) per entry in a campaign.

• Each contribution:

  • Supports a verified charitable cause

  • Includes one entry into a scheduled reward selection

• Contributions are non-refundable, unless a system error caused by the platform affects your entry.

By contributing, you are not just entering for a reward — you are playing a part in changing someone's life. You may provide food to a family, education to a child, or relief to a patient.

5. Reward Selection Process

• Reward recipients are selected via a transparent and automated process using verifiable tools.

• Selected recipients will receive the monetary value of the reward as advertised in the campaign, sent via bank or mobile wallet within 3 business days.

• Umeedon Ka Safar reserves the right to verify participant identity and disqualify any entry found in violation of platform rules.

6. Mandatory Tasks to Claim Reward

To receive the reward, selected participants must complete the following within the specified timeframe:

1. Engage with Our Social Media: Follow or subscribe to our official YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram channels (as mentioned in the campaign).

2. Invite a Friend: Refer at least one person who completes a valid contribution.

3. Social Proof: Post a short video or written review confirming your reward on your social media and optionally on our platform.

Failure to complete these steps may result in cancellation of the reward.

7. Prize & Charity Distribution Policy

• No physical items will be delivered. Rewards are sent digitally through verified channels.

• From each contribution:

  • A portion goes to the reward pool

  • A portion is retained by the platform for service and operational expenses

  • The remaining is donated to verified NGOs or charitable causes

• Umeedon Ka Safar maintains transparency through publicly visible monthly reports summarizing:

  • Total collected contributions

  • Amount distributed as rewards

  • Donation transfers to charities

  • Platform expenses

Even if you do not win a reward, your contribution remains valuable in the eyes of Allah (SWT) and those you help. Every entry becomes part of someone’s dua (prayer) and hope.

8. Security and Fairness

• Our reward system uses secure, encrypted technology to ensure transparency.

• All reward selections are automated and independently verifiable.

• We reserve the right to pause or cancel campaigns in case of technical issues, fraud, or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including text, logos, images, graphics, videos, and source code — is the exclusive property of Umeedon Ka Safar and may not be reused, copied, or modified without written permission.

10. Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. All personal data is handled as described in our [Privacy Policy]. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in line with applicable privacy laws.

11. Legal Nature of the Platform

• Umeedon Ka Safar is not a lottery, raffle, or gambling service under the laws of Pakistan.

• It is a CSR-driven contribution model that promotes charity and offers optional rewards to participants.

• The primary purpose of the platform is community impact, not profit or betting.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the use of this platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within Pakistan.
